ROOKIE CAMP: 12 -14U This clinic will introduce 12/14 youth to the weight room and get them started on the path towards proper weight training practices. As their body grows they will need to build strength and flexibility to help prevent injury and make them a stronger athlete. Advanced Strength & Conditioning This clinic will train in the weight room and also on the turf field and you will apply weight training practices that will help you in your sport of choice. While this is a group class you will also receive one-one attention to ensure you are using the proper technique while using the equipment. Ages 15 & UP Developmental Strength & Conditioning This clinic will expand our Rookie Camp and will allow 13/14 youth to get familiar with the weight room and get them started on the path towards proper weight training practices. As their body grows they will need to build strength and flexibility to help prevent injury and make them a stronger athlete. |
SPECIAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING OFFERINGS:
(OPEN) VertiMax Enrollment Sessions:
When eSoft displays (OPEN) for VertiMax sessions, any athlete within the age range can signup. Typically these sessions are 13&Up groups but if you have a group of athletes outside of that age range and would like to train together, we can designate days/times for your specific groups as needed.

Weight Room Etiquette
This is for every athlete, no matter age, training in the weightroom at any point:
Clean up after yourselves (no wipes left behind, no water bottles, no weights on the floor).
Unrack your weights every time you are finished and put your equipment away.
Foam rollers and bands must be put back and not left out.
We will soon be implementing a zero tolerance policy within the weightroom.
The weight room is not a playground, either, so please make sure young children are not left unattended.
Also if you see any individual mistreating the equipment, please notify a staff member as soon as possible so the matter can be handled immediately.
