--10 years of coaching at Division 1 and II (6 years as Head Coach, 7 years as recruiting coordinator)
--Helped Mars Hill to program best wins and numerous offensive and pitching records
--Recruited the all time hits leader and wins leader at Mars Hill
--Last year at UNCA (2012), helped lead team to second best regular season win total in school history
--Have been a speaker at many clinics and camps throughout the southeast
--Have worked over 50 baseball clinics and camps along the East Coast
--Coached in prestigious Cape Cod Summer League for the Cotuit Kettleers
--Coached over 35 players that have made it to professional baseball including current MLB players Garrett Richards (Angels), Josh Harrison (Pirates), Rex Brothers (Rockies), and Caleb Joseph (Orioles)
--Aaron and his wife, Angela, currently reside in Maiden with their three children- Raegan (11), Rylee (7), and Reid (3).
