The Athletes Lab Foundation was proud to award Ben Mast "The Mike Beard Memorial Scholarship" in the Spring of 2023. Ben Mast will be playing football at the college level and the Athletes Lab Foundation will be providing him with $2500 every year for the duration of his 4-year education for a total of $10,000.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS: $150 for all Teams | 100% of Proceeds to directly to Athletes Lab Foundation, Inc

- AGE GROUPS:
- Adult: Out of High School
- High School: Freshman - Senior
- Youth
- Ages 9-11
- Ages 12-14
- If you are in HS by August 2023 you must play in the HS Age Group
- You can only play up | You can't play down. For example if you are primarily a 14 & Under team and you put a High School Freshman on your team: You are considered a High School Team.
- Simplified WIFFLE BALL RULES
- All Bats and Balls will be provided by Athletes Lab Foundation.
- 3 Balls & 3 Bats per field. If you hit out of the playing area please send a teammate or parent to get the balls.
- Teams must consist of at least 4 players; no more than 5 players
- Pitcher | Catcher | 2 Defense Players on Field
- Players on field can be switched at anytime but the 5th player not on the field can only be switched between innings.
- You can bat all 5 players (regardless of how many players the other teams has) or only 4 but if substitutions must be announced prior to 1st pitch of the at bat
- Pitcher | Catcher | 2 Defense Players on Field
- Each Field will have an umpire; calling balls and strikes; watching field play & watching pitch speed
- Umpire has the final say over a dispute
- Games are 3 innings | 3 outs | Pool Play can end in a tie | Championship Games will have extra innings and special rules
- Championship Game will be 6 innings (4 Innings for 9-11)
- If we have 4 or fewer teams in an age group we will have longer inning games.
- Extra Innings start with 2 Outs and a Runner on 3rd. Each Team will be give a chance to score at least one time. If additional innings are needed the first team to score will win regardless of the other team getting a chance.
- Outs are considered: Strike-Out | Fly Out | Force Out | Tagging | Pegging | No infield Fly Rule
- Pitchers Hand: all Force Plays on the batter going to 1st base may be made to the pitcher anywhere on the field in fair or foul territory All other forced plays must be made at the base including home.
- Walks: 4 Balls (5 Balls for ages 9-11) | No Intentional Walks | No Balks | Hit by a Pitch is a considered a Ball
- Base Runners may not lead off of 1st or 2nd base. Baserunners may not STEAL 2nd or 3rd base.
- Runners may only run with a batted ball at 1st and 2nd. Even if the runner on 3rd attempts to steal home. Runners leaving 1st or 2nd with the ball in batted play will be called out by the umpire.
- Leading off 3rd or stealing home is allowed.

- If 7 runs are scored in any given At Bats the inning will turn over giving the next team their at bat
- There is no run rule for the over all game.
- All Bats and Balls will be provided by Athletes Lab Foundation.
- UNIFORMS
- Team Shirts will be provided for each team. The name of the team will be on the back of the shirt.
