Grant Rembert is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It is a nationally recognized certification that is required to train athletes at the college and professional level. He will provide a baseball specific strength and conditioning program designed specific to the baseball player and their individual position.
In addition to Grant, Audra Harrison and Darius Parson round out our highly trained staff that provides strength and conditioning for all age groups and sports. We specialize in individual, group and school team training.

SPECIALIZED BASEBALL S&C
Our program takes a scientific and systematic approach unique to the individual that will enhance strength gains and performance while reducing risk of injury. The year long program offers four cycles that are broken down into phases. This allows the athlete to maintain strength, power, velocity and reduce injury during the season; increase strength and speed in off-season; peak at beginning of season, and recovery at the end of season. Athlete will be tested with standardized baseball specific test before program and 3 times during.

VERTIMAX & WEIGHT TRAINING
The Athletes Lab Performance Center offers many Conditioning, Weight Training and Vertimax Classes each week. There are classes tailored to all different age groups; as well as, Mens & Women's specific classes. In addition to Group Classes, you can schedule an individual class with our Trainers.
