Designed High School Athletes Baseball/Softball Athletes
This program prepares the athlete to increase power output, by building a foundation that is resilient, enhances play on the field, prevents injury, and increases sustainability.
HOW TO SIGN-UP
- THIS PROGRAM IS BY APPLICATION AND APPROVAL THROUGH ATHLETES LAB PERFORMANCE CENTER
- YOU MUST BE IN HS TO APPLY FOR THIS PROGRAM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- PLEASE SUBMIT THE APPLICATION BELOW AND YOU WILL HEAR BACK FROM ATHLETES LAB WITHIN 1 WEEK.
- PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE INTO THIS PROGRAM AN INITIAL CONSULT SESSION WITH DR. CHELSEA LINEBERGER & MEETING WITH ATHLETES LAB STAFF WILL BE REQUIRED TO TEST MOBILITY, OVERALL PHYSICAL WELL BEING AND TALK ABOUT THE 12 WEEK PROGRAM. THIS CONSULT IS $75.
- IF YOU CHOOSE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PROGRAM THIS $75 WILL BE DEDUCTED OFF YOUR FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT OWED.
- IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT PLAYER OR WEIGHT TRAINING MEMBER OF ATHLETES LAB A WEIGHT ROOM MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FEE: $45

PLAN INCLUDES: $800 (FOR THREE MONTHS)
- Strength/Power/Speed/Overall Physical Assessment by a Physical Therapist: PRE-PROGRAM AND WEEK 12 with Output Technology
- Baseline Strength Testing, Mobility & Rapsodo Testing will be completed 2 weeks prior to work out beginning
- This is Mandatory to start the program and will take place during one week M, W & F.
- Swing & Throw Analysis: PRE-PROGRAM AND WEEK 12 with Rapsodo and Output Technology
- VIdeo & Report Summary
- Weekly Fully Customized Training Program: 3 Day or 4 Day; with video link attachment built into the programming
- written by CSCS Certified Strength Trainer
- 2 30 min sessions with Physical Therapist throughout 12 weeks if needed to discuss any problem areas
- Weekly In-Person Check-In: OPTIONAL BUT STRONGLY ENCOURAGED
- (Mondays 3:30-6:00pm; Thursdays 5:30-8:00pm)
