Any addresses we collect will never be sold to anyone else; including our parent company Athletes Lab Performance Center.
Email Addresses and Customer Information are strictly for use for Athletes Lab Store and you can opt out of store email at any time. Although we hope you don't, so you can make sure you are seeing all of our sales!
Shipping
Athletes Lab Store currently uses USPS 2 Priority Mail to Ship their Packages.
While we carry some of our items in-stock in our facility some of our items are stored in our warehouse.
If the item is currently in store it will be processed for shipping within 24-48 hours. If we have to ship it in from our warehouse it will be 3-5 business days for processing and then shipped to you via 2 Day USPS.
If there is a delay we will contact you via email from athleteslabstore@gmail.com
Return Policy
Athletes Lab is a small business so please read our return policy carefully before placing a purchase:
Refunds:
Clearance Items do not have a refund policy and are bought as is.
Apparel Items are only able to be returned if they are un-worn, un-washed and still have the tags on them (if they come with tags). You will be responsible for return shipping if you are returning the item for any reason. We can't guarantee that we will have your item in stock if you want to exchange sizes.
If an apparel items has an issue in the wash during the first wash please contact us at athleteslabstore@gmail.com so we can work with you.
Bats: Bats come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If there is an issue with your bat after the plastic wrapper has come off your item please contact the manufacturer directly for a replacement bat. Bats that were purchased on clearance many no long have a warranty associated with them.
Equipment: Items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase but you will be responsible for shipping and a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your final balance due back.
Damages:
If any items are damaged during shipping please contact as soon as you received the item. We will send you an email with instructions to send your item back and we will start to process the replacement. If there is a defect with your item but it was not damaged during shipping please contact us so we can work with the manufacturer to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
All items will be reviewed once returned before new items are shipped out.
